Sally's Background
After receiving a BA in Music from SUNY
Binghamton with a minor in Theater Arts, Sally studied with
some of the most respected vocal coaches in the region. Her
most influential teacher was Nova Thomas, creator of Voice
and Speech for the Stanislavski Actor. Nova had such respect
for Sally's teaching ability that she included her as an adjunct
faculty member of the Actors Studio Drama School.
A gifted singer and performer, Sally
earned numerous roles in theater, cabaret, soap operas and
commercials. However, she realized that talent alone was not
enough to excel. So she began to research every aspect of
the human voice - its physiology and psychology, health issues,
breathing techniques, resonance, and the power of the human
voice as a communicative tool.
|
Sally Morgan has dedicated her life
to perfecting her voice - and helping others do the same. She is
an award-winning composer, actress, director and a respected vocal
artist, teacher and author. During the past 25 years, Morgan has
taught voice and speech to actors, singers, studio musicians, business
executives and politicians.
Personality and spunky energy
describe Sally to a T.
Her joie de vivre enlivens her every endeavor and encounter.
Using the knowledge she gained over a 25-year
period, Sally developed a highly successful technique of vocal training
called Morganix Method.
Morganix has positively changed the lives of singers, actors, attorneys,
educators and business professionals from New York City to Brazil
by helping them to become vocally
empowered.
